Connect BillingMart to Claude
Add BillingMart from Claude's connector directory, sign in, and keep every send and charge behind your approval.
On this page
BillingMart is in Claude's connector directory. You add it there, sign in on a BillingMart page, and choose what Claude may do. Claude drafts the work; anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for your approval.
Add it from the directory
- In Claude, open the connector directory and search for BillingMart.
- Choose Connect. Claude opens a BillingMart page.
- Sign in with your BillingMart account and choose what Claude may see and do.
- Back in Claude, ask it to draft an invoice or look up a client.
Approving what Claude asks to do
When Claude asks to send an invoice, take a payment or do anything else that reaches a customer or moves money, BillingMart creates a request instead of doing it. A person in your workspace approves or declines it in the console or the mobile app. Until then, nothing happens. If your workspace owner has set a limited rule for routine actions, those can go ahead within its limits; everything listed below still needs a person.
What always needs a person
Some things never happen without a person, even when your workspace lets a connection act on its own for routine work: refunds, voids, write-offs and credit notes; entering card or bank details; turning on autopay; merging or deleting records; removing access; and changing who may approve. Your connection's own settings can't change that.
Disconnecting
In BillingMart, open Connections, choose the Claude connection and revoke it. Access stops at once. You can also remove BillingMart from Claude's connectors.
